1.- Description

Acceptance of the MLocator privacy policy (hereinafter "Privacy Policy"), is a necessary condition for the use of our MLocator service (hereinafter "Service").

2.- Information collected

To use the Service, the user must create a profile at the time of requesting the MLocator of a mobile device.

The personal and non-personal information collected by the Service will come to us in three ways: 1) that collected automatically 2) that which you voluntarily provide us and 3) that provided by third parties.

2.2.- The one you voluntarily provide

This information will consist of:

• The one required by MLocator in the creation of a user profile in the Service, indicating at least the information marked with an asterisk on certain fields: email, telephone, name and surname and payment information.

3.- Rights and purposes

We inform you that the completion of the forms is voluntary. However, if you do not fill in the required fields (marked with an asterisk) the use of the Service will not be possible or will be limited

5.- Delete account

You can delete your account by requesting its deletion at support@trackmobilelocation.com

If you decide to delete your account, all your data will be deleted, including backup copies, within a maximum period of 7 days.
